Reports: Shaun Wright-Phillips to Arizona?

OnceAMetro.com, a New York Red Bulls blog site, is reporting that former New York Red Bulls star Shaun Wright-Phillips may be on his way to Phoenix Rising FC.

In an interview to MetroFanatic.com, Shaun’s brother Bradley told reporters he left the team and could be headed to Phoenix.

Shaun Wright-Phillips made 25 appearances with the Red Bulls, scoring one goal and one assist in his time in New York.

Shaun Wright-Phillips was recently spotted with recent Phoenix Rising FC defender Jordan Stewart last month at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, further fueling the speculation of Shaun Wright-Phillips playing in Arizona.

Following on the heels of signing Omar Bravo and Stewart, could this be the next big signing for Phoenix Rising FC?
