Phoenix Rising FC treated its fans to a next-level USL match experience in 2017, and according to a club spokesperson, plenty of new goodies are coming down the pike.
Among the changes at Phoenix Rising Soccer Complex already known is the move of the team benches from the west to the east touchline, ensuring better access for players to the locker facilities. Likewise, a media tower will be constructed behind the east stand to allow matches to be filmed from that side.
Concessions will be upgraded, with club corporate partner Mobile Mini constructing a custom food and beverage area at the western edge of the property, taking the place of temporary catering tents. The more permanent structure will allow for better efficiency and variety.
Currently, no plans exist to expand general seating, but the stadium is designed to rapidly respond to increasing demand as needed. Strong ticket sales could trigger incremental increases to capacity.
The parking lot will be improved to minimize dust and traffic, and a separate stadium gate will be dedicated to Season Ticket Members.
